Six major measures including the stability of existing policies; to advance structural adjustment; to strengthen the export control; strengthen strategic study; implement active import strategy, promote the United States and other countries to relax its export control to China, expanding its own to trade surplus country (region ) of import of advanced technology and equipment, increase the import, perfect management and international bidding of mechanical and electrical products management system; stability of the processing trade policy, steadily promote the transformation and upgrading, jointly with relevant departments identified a number of transformation and upgrading of processing trade model, undertake transfer model and upgrading demonstration enterprise.
According to customs statistics, last year our country mechanical and electrical products import and export amount 1204580000000 dollar, drop 11.5%, lower than the trade fell2.4 percentage points; high-tech products import and export686800000000 U.S. dollars, down 9.3%,4.6 percentage points lower than the foreign trade decline.
